With over 19 years experience across education, charity and the commercial sector, I have designed and delivered a huge variety of learning & development projects, both in terms of scale and content.

Whether formal or informal learning spaces, building immersive experiences, outreach projects or blended training programmes, my approach is centred around a culture of trust, inclusion and transparency.

Much of my experience has focused on championing underrepresented groups and providing better learning experiences and opportunities through spotlighting and platforming voices that often go unheard; celebrating their rich experiences to ‘role model’ success and help change practices for the better. I am passionate about creating spaces which nurture learning and growth while empowering individuals to discover their voice and tell their stories.
