Like many, I became a coach because of my own journey. For me it was using Inside Out Practice to reconnect with my sense of identity and gain a clearer perspective on how to move forward with purpose and positivity.
I combine my understanding of Inside Out Practice with my experience as a facilitator, educator and wellbeing listener.
