The Fi.ELD (future innovators of East London Dance) aims to equip young people with skills and resources to make their ideas happen.

Aged 18-30 and aimed at global majority, the programme is for anyone passionate about developing a career in the dance & creative sector. It’s about making employment happen and creating positive change; boosting economics and diversification in the sector.

The programme is designed and facilitated by a team of top industry professionals. Vicki Igbokwe (Uchenna Dance) and Gemma Griffiths Creative Participation Producer guide, facilitate and mentor participants with the opportunity to design, develop and deliver their own project festival focusing on themes around sustainability, community wellbeing, and ways to benefit the local economy and community.
