The Fi.ELD (future innovators of East London Dance) aims to equip young people with skills and resources to make their ideas happen. Aged 18-30 and aimed at global majority, the programme is for anyone passionate about developing a career in the dance & creative sector to make employment happen & create positive change to both the economy and to diversify the sector.  Under Gemma Griffiths lead & guidance, the programme is designed and facilitated by a team of top industry professionals. Vicki Igbokwe (Uchenna Dance) and Gemma Griffiths Creative Participation Producer guide, facilitate and mentor participants with the opportunity to design, develop and deliver their own project festival focusing on themes around sustainability, community wellbeing, and ways to benefit the local economy and community.
